Job description

Our Retail Associates are responsible for providing the ultimate shopping experience to fans during games & events at Lynn Family Stadium and throughout our community.
This is a part-time, hourly position that will require regular work during evenings, weekends, and holidays for games and other events.
Compensation: $15 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with the set-up and merchandising of all retail locations.
2. Meet, greet, and interact with customers to ensure their needs are met.
3. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products, our promotions, and our venue.
4. Be a champion at suggestive selling.
5. Accurately conduct transactions through the Point-of-Sale system according to guidelines.
6. Ensure inventory is stocked, organized, and correctly priced.
7. Organize, maintain, and clean retail locations during downtime.
8. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Point-of-Sale software.
- Must be able to meet the schedule requirements, including working evenings and weekends for games and other events.
- Must be legally authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the US.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Must be available to work home games and events.
Must be able to stand and move about the location for extended lengths of time, as necessary.
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly in person and on the telephone.
Must be able to work outside.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
$15/HOUR
This is a part-time, hourly position that will require regular work during evenings, weekends, and holidays for games and other events.
ABOUT OUR CLUB:
Soccer Holdings, LLC., is the parent company of professional Football clubs Louisville City FC (USL Championship) and Racing Louisville FC (NWSL). Both teams call Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood home and operate out of the Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center. Louisville City launched in 2015 and quickly established a winning tradition, claiming USL titles in 2017 and 2018. Racing Louisville FC joined the NWSL as an expansion member in 2021. The organization is rounded out by a comprehensive youth academy with the goal of developing players one day poised to join the professional ranks.
