Sequoia Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will work with diverse clients, utilizing your clinical expertise to assist individuals, couples, and families in navigating their mental health challenges. Ideal candidates will hold an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate their mental and emotional states.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs, preferences, and therapy goals, ensuring that both immediate and long-term objectives are addressed.
• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients across all age groups, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress, amending treatment plans as necessary to adapt to evolving goals and developments.
• Document all client interactions with precision, maintaining up-to-date and compliant records while ensuring confidentiality and legal adherence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care to clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, employing skills to support clients in acute distress or emergencies.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and therapy methodologies.
• Participate in professional development through training workshops and continued education to enhance skills and knowledge.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Sequoia Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Each session offers an opportunity to build trusting relationships and employ therapeutic techniques that address a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, thus promoting healing and personal growth.

• Must hold an active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong clinical background in individual and/or couples therapy with demonstrated success in these areas.
• Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Competency in using telehealth platforms for delivering therapy services, with a focus on ensuring security and confidentiality.

Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred, although not mandatory. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic approaches and seasoned experience in crisis intervention enhance your suitability for this role. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to connect with clients virtually and effectively manage therapeutic sessions online.

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, coupled with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
