We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Online Sales Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. As an Online Sales Representative, you will help customers find the right unit while driving sales through our website, Facebook Marketplace, and other online platforms. You will manage product listings, respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through delivery.

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales & Customer Service
    • Manage and update online product listings
    • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and social media
    • Recommend products and assist customers with purchasing decisions
    • Follow up with leads and close sales
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
    • Address customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience
    • Monitor customer reviews and feedback
  • Marketing & Promotions
    • Create and manage online promotions, discounts, and special offerings
    • Create and manage social media posts and assist with online advertising campaigns
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitor pricing
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted ads and posts
  • Order & Inventory Support
    • Coordinate with the inventory team for timely fulfillment of orders and to ensure product availability
    • Track customer orders and help resolve delivery or service issues
  • Reporting & Growth
    • Monitor sales performance and key sales metrics
    • Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement

What you need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service preferred
  • Experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service preferred
  • Experience with Facebook Marketplace and other online sales platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
