Tacoma Equine Hospital has been serving Western Washington's equine community for over 50 years and is seeking an associate veterinarian to join our collaborative five-doctor team. Whether your passion is sports medicine, internal medicine, or reproduction, you'll have the support, equipment, and caseload to grow your skills while enjoying a schedule designed with work-life balance in mind.


What You'll Enjoy

  • Four- or five-day work week
  • Appointments scheduled Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year. The final compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, and internal equity considerations.
  • Emergency fees paid to associate.
  • Production bonus-eligible based on collections and eligibility criteria.
  • Benefits for this role include paid time-off, sick leave, short term disability and CE; with options for health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement benefits, long-term disability, and life insurance.
