Learning Platform Manager, Global Value Stream (US)
About the role: What's in the Box
The Learning Platform Manager is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the successful creation of all new training materials for onsite and online distribution across multiple disciplines. You will serve as the primary owner, coordinating with various teams and pyramids while evaluating risks to ensure seamless operational readiness and minimal business disruption. This position requires a strong blend of technical acumen, time management discipline, and stakeholder communication expertise.
What you'll do: The Recipe
  • Serves as the primary point of contact from the Global Value Stream organization for development of all training programs for Distribution Centers and centralized offices, and as needed for other ancillary partners.
  • Ensure proper roll out and training plan execution with the local team responsible for content distribution.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, including scope definition, detailed work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and drive alignment across internal teams (Operations, OpEX, Training, HR, Safety et al) to meet expected timelines.)
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, escalating critical issues to leadership with proposed solutions.
  • Document and standardize content request processes, creating post-mortem reports and implementing lessons learned to continuously improve future project execution.
What you'll bring: The Ingredients
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in content creation, preferably with digital/AI experience, within e-commerce, culinary or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-discipline projects simultaneously and across multiple facilities, in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 50-75%) to sites, including internationally during critical project phases.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment (MHE), culinary standards, and/or warehouse protocols is highly desirable.
