Mathnasium of Converse is looking for an exceptional Math Instructor to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional instruction services to students
  • Positively interact with parents 
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials & processes
  • Teach in-center, online (only after 6 months of in-center instruction), and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices which include individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Assess students’ progress throughout instructional sessions, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best instruction
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra 2
  • A passion for math and working with students
About Us
We have been open for seven years and have a great team of instructors (mostly high school and college). We typically employ 10-14 instructors so we are pretty small.
