The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets
- Verify accuracy of data before inputting
- Maintain and organize digital records
- Perform regular data backups
- Review and correct data discrepancies
- Assist with generating reports and summaries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Familiarity with database systems
- Experience with office equipment like scanners and printers
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
