OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Power Platform Data Analyst to join our team in Newport, Rhode Island.
Position Overview:
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is a naval research activity operating under the direction of the Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Code 25, formally the Undersea Warfare Combat Systems Department, is a key component of NUWC Division Newport, which is the Navy's full-spectrum research, development, test, and evaluation center for submarine warfare systems. The department provides engineering, technical, and administrative support for submarine combat systems, navigation systems, and surface ship trainer evolution. Its responsibilities include: Hardware and software engineering, systems integration and testing, fleet support and lab operations and administrative and technical services for Combat Control Systems
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Power Platform Data Analyst is responsible for providing database architecture, design, and modeling through various DoN and NAVSEA systems in support of the Code 25 Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance contract. This position is located in Newport, RI.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop data models and structures that support accurate, efficient reporting and analytics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and related data tools.
  • Design and document data flows and architecture from source systems to final reporting outputs.
  • Use Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to support data entry, workflow automation, and process improvement.
  • Implement appropriate data security, access controls, and compliance measures.
  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
  • Participate in meetings and coordinate with personnel across various roles and backgrounds.
  • Adhere to all records management, security, and regulatory policies established by the command.
  • Bid and proposal support if requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required, with strong experience supporting program operations, analytics, or performance tracking.
  • Three (3) years of experience in program management, data analysis, or related operational support roles.
  • Experience working in Department of Defense (DoD) or government environments.
  • Expert-level experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Lists, including building and maintaining collaborative tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Expert-level experience with Power Automate, designing automated workflows to streamline reporting and program communications.
  • Intermediate experience with Power Apps, supporting data entry and process improvement applications.
  • Proficient in Power BI, with experience developing and maintaining dashboards that visualize key metrics, resource utilization, and program performance.
  • Intermediate understanding of data modeling and organizing data for effective visualization and reporting.
  • Experience utilizing DoD systems such as Flank Speed.
  • Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Physical Requirements:
