Job Description:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze technology data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Supports the development and distribution of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to monitor the Bank's technology metrics portfolio
  • Develop and maintain automated processes for data extraction and transformation to streamline data workflows.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to address specific business questions and challenges as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, conveying complex technical findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and financial services.
  • Encourages teamwork, professionalism and high morale, throughout the department and the Bank.
  • Creates efficiencies within work tasks to eliminate or reduce manual processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
