A Day in the Life:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior SAP Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support data analysis and reporting initiatives within our SAP environment, helping to transform raw data into actionable business insights. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level SAP systems, work alongside experience SAP professionals in a supportive environment, and grow within a data-drive organization.
The Impact You'll Make:
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SAP BW/BI tools to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models within the SAP SAC environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Support data migration and BDC (Batch Data Communication) processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Document processes, data flows, and reporting standards for internal use
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience working with SAP, with hands-on exposure to SAP BW/BI
  • Familiarity with SAP BDC processes and data loading techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with SQL or similar querying tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
