Job description

The Card Product Strategies Manager will oversee the strategic management and development of Delta Community Credit Union's debit and credit card portfolios and products, as well as the associated Courtesy Pay Plus overdraft product. Additionally, this position will oversee the strategic use and design of our card loyalty rewards program. Duties will include: (1) measuring profitability of each product and related features, including loyalty programs, (2) maintaining market awareness and competitive positioning, (3) analyzing and reporting usage and penetration data as well as other key performance indicators and (4) recommending: product targets, growth strategies, and new products to be offered within this area of responsibility. They will periodically complete the required technical documents necessary to initiate new projects or initiatives that are generated from the duties noted above. They will work closely with external business partners and vendors as well as internal departments such as Card Services, IT, VDO, Marketing, Operations, Lending and other areas of the organization that will be stakeholders for any given project or initiative. 

Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Understand key performance indicators for card portfolios and the underlying technical drivers.
Analyze large and complex data sets.
Present findings and conclusions clearly, effectively and succinctly.
