Position Summary:
The Infant Care Aide is responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate infant care program for a small group of infants, ensuring the health, safety, and progress of each child.
Department: Marcos de Niza TAPP/APPP Program
Reports to: APPP Coordinator/Case Manager; Lead Infant Care Supervisor
Term: 9 month position
Part time: 29 hours per week
Training and Experience:
  • Must be 18 Years of Age
  • Possess one of the following minimum qualifications:
    • High school diploma and 30 or more credit hours in education or
    • High school diploma and 15 credit hours in education and one year of experience working with
    • infants or
  • High school diploma or GED, and two years of experience with working with infants.
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
