Reports to: Principal/Assistant Principal-Athletics
Term: 11 month position
Full time: 40 hours per week
Equipment Manager
Position Summary:
  • Distributes, stores, repairs, inventories and maintains all sports and physical education equipment including uniforms and supplies.
  • Issues and receives all sports equipment.
  • Maintains inventory of all athletic/physical education items.
  • Maintains order and cleanliness of the equipment room and storage areas.
  • Makes minor repairs of equipment and uniforms.
  • Responsible for security of work and storage areas.
  • Assists in the selection of new equipment.
  • Provides support functions to assigned activities.
  • Ability to perform custodian needs in the gymnasium, locker room, or activity area to bring the area up to an acceptable level of operation for the next day lessons.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Training and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Knowlegde of athletics and athletic equipment, preferred
