We're looking for a talented Professional Barber to join our team! Preferably one with experience and established clientele. Candidates with lesser experience are still welcomed to apply! 

The successful candidate should have experience with men's hair care and beard services and should be capable of providing a wide range of hair care options along with styling services. The ideal candidate should also have a proven background in customer service, along with great communication skills that help customers feel relaxed and comfortable during their appointment!

Responsibilities:

  • Offer and provide a full range of men's haircuts. Must cut ALL hair types and styles.
  • Provide a shampoo and hair conditioning service.
  • Provide a facial grooming service.
  • Maintain a daily business casual attire.

Company Description

You will be required to cut all hair types & styles. There will be a two-week work trial to determine if you are the proper fit for Industrial Barber Co. followed by a 90-day probation period if you are hired. You will be required to follow all rules and or code of ethics at all times which will be gone over in the interview process.
