Roosters Men's Grooming Center provides an authentic barbershop experience in a modern, upscale, and unpretentious environment. Our focus is on delivering consistent, exceptional service and providing guests with an escape from their busy lives. Our aim is to pamper every customer for every minute that they are in our salon...focusing on THEIR needs!


The Dublin location (Avery Square Shopping Center) is hiring hair stylists and barbers for our busy and fast-growing, male-centric salon. Now is a great time to join our team - we are busier than ever because people trust us to be safe and provide great service.


Job Types: Full time (30+ hours per week) and Part time


Pay: Up to $35,000 (PT) and $98,000 (FT) per year

Hair Stylist/Barber Responsibilities:

  • Perform full salon services including hair cutting (buzz cuts, fades, scissor cuts), beard sculpting, coloring and styling
  • Energetic professionals that love the precision of cutting men's hair and specializing in men's grooming
  • Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
  • Excellent customer service skills to engage with our clients and provide them with a memorable experience
  • Self-motivation with a drive to enhance and expand your skills
