Who we are looking for:
Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for the Heavy-Duty (HD) Department by assisting customers in person and by phone, maintaining online auction platforms, coordinating if-sales activities, processing buyer and seller settlement documentation, and supporting the preparation and marketing of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment for auction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced auction environment.
What you will do:
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead the strategic design and development of the React Native and iOS applications.
  • Provide professional customer service to dealers and the public by phone and in person.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions regarding the Heavy-Duty Department and auction processes.
  • Maintain and update the public online internet bidding platform to ensure accurate and timely listings.
  • Upload photos and vehicle information to online auction platforms.
  • Coordinate and process if-sales between buyers and sellers in accordance with company procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute buyer and seller settlement sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure accurate vehicle information and efficient auction operations.
  • Maintain accurate customer and transaction records within company systems.
  • Assist with loading vehicles and equipment to online auction platforms.
  • Support auction operations and perform other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, records management, or title processing preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle titles, lien releases, and auction procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced auction environment.
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including flexibility on auction days.
