Summary:
The Department of Teacher Education and Leadership in the College of Education, Humanities, and Behavioral Sciences at Alabama A & M University seeks one (1) adjunct faculty member to teach courses in the program for Special Education. The M.Ed. program courses are offered on synchronous, asynchronous, and traditional delivery platforms. Interested candidates should submit credentials for evaluation.
Examples of Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Teach up to 6 semester hours of graduate courses per semester
  • Design courses for online delivery
  • Evaluate students' performance in all courses taught

Typical Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.):
  • A terminal degree in Special Education with cognate of special education.
  • Design and teach courses for online delivery.
  • Experience teaching K-12 students
  • Evaluate students' performance in all courses taught.
