Our dynamic company is seeking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate for this career is upbeat, professional and can meet the following requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years administrative assistant experience Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a must Strong proficiency of Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online preferred Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Manage competing priorities, deadlines and multitask Background in Healthcare a MUST RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain President's calendar; including the scheduling of office appointments, meetings, depositions, luncheons, conference calls, travel arrangements and personal appointments Manage President's dictations, including proofing of letters/e-mails Use discretion in regards to confidential and sensitive information Administrative support: answer phones; draft letters, e-mails and memoranda; filing and mailing Assist with various research projects and/or special projects as needed A good personal appearance and a professional but outgoing personality are essential. Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9am -- 6pm.
