You will proactively deepen loyalty with existing members, identify opportunities to support their unique financial goals, and champion branch growth through meaningful community engagement and new member acquisition — all while upholding GFA’s core values and commitment to creating member success at every life stage.

Salary Range: $67,021 - $100,531

Department: Retail

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports To: AVP/Retail Member Experience

Pay within the stated range posted will be commensurate with the individual’s experience and qualifications for this role.

Position Summary:

Provide oversight for the daily operations of a branch office and ensures that the staff operates within set policies and procedures. Has responsibility for branch growth, member satisfaction and staff development, always adhering to GFA’s corporate mission, visions and values.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct oversight to the daily operations and management of a branch office ensuring that the branch operates in an efficient manner adhering to all policies and procedures including lobby management, outbound calling and business calls.
  • Provide training, coaching, development and motivation for credit union personnel. Work with branch personnel to meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
  • Plan and implement programs taking initiative to ensure that branch sales, budget and market share goals are met.
  • Evaluate, identify and recommend products to members to assist with their financial well-being.
  • Assist staff to resolve any operational issues that may arise; possess a working knowledge of all line duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Model and promote the behaviors of the Credit Union’s core values, actively work to enhance the member and employee experience throughout the Credit Union.
  • Participate in the Credit Union’s Community/Civic Engagement Program which requires participation in one community event each calendar year.
  • Act as a role model for staff by completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Demonstrate a commitment to learning by cross training on other functions as required.
  • Participate, c omplete and attend mandatory training and/or online assignment for regulatory compliance.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related job experience
  • 3+ years in a management role
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and accuracy
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and decision‑making skills
