Job description

Admin Services Specialist

Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full time Admin Services Specialist position.

Location: Duke Hospital - 2301 Erwin Road, Durham, NC 27710. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior experience with data analytics, information systems or business administration in Healthcare, Hospitality or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to $25.90 per hour.

Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Removes/resolves incorrect data and fixes errors within a timely manner.
  • Assists with developing and maintaining data and data systems.
  • Performs routine reporting to assess the quality and meaning of data on a daily and or weekly basis and as needed. Quality check of data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and problem solving.
  • Reports trends that impact both the production team, company, and customers.
  • Prepares final reports daily and weekly as needed for the management and production team.
