Gross Annual Base Salary: USD 115,000 - 132,500
Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply. Total compensation is based on experience, skills, and location using objective, job-related criteria.
Summary
As an AI Demo Engineer at OneStream, you'll build and maintain demo applications and content that showcase our AI capabilities and the broader OneStream platform. You'll partner with Sales, Presales, and Platform teams to turn real customer use cases into clear, hands-on demos that highlight business value. Day to day, you'll prepare sample data, script repeatable demo flows, and incorporate new product features as they launch. You'll gather feedback from field teams and customers to refine assets, and contribute lightweight documentation and runbooks so others can reuse your work.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and continuously enhance OneStream's AI-focused demo assets to enable shorter, more successful sales cycles and increased deal sizes.
  • Stay current on new OneStream features and incorporate them into demos.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, compelling demo content and technical narratives.
  • Build and manage data pipelines using C#, SQL, and Python programming languages.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Presales to tailor demos for partners, prospects, and customers.
  • Contribute documentation, runbooks, and reusable sample content for the field.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 0-1 years of industry experience in business intelligence, applied machine learning and analytics.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Application and/or Database Management including being a lead in innovative demo design strategies, and deploying applications.
  • Familiarity with corporate, enterprise, or financial planning, consolidation, and management systems (OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in:
    • SQL.
    • Data Visualization via OneStream, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.
    • Basic exposure to C# and/or Python.
    • OneStream Knowledge.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • 1 year of OneStream implementation consulting experience, with a preference in leading software implementations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to clearly translate complex concepts and apply them to modern business.
  • Ability to clearly define and logically resolve complex problems.
  • Strong organization skills to lead and deliver complex projects on schedule with advising support.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize ongoing activities based on importance.
  • Quick learner who can understand and self-teach new technologies.
