Allied OneSource Education is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple full-time school-based opportunities throughout Dearborn, Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year.


Position Overview

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Dearborn, MI
School Year: August 2026 - June 2027
Grade Levels: PreK-12 (openings available across all grade levels)
Employment Type: Full-Time | School-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) related to speech and language services
  • Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services based on student needs
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, related service providers, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide consultation and support to educational staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and success


Qualifications

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered!
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide all required credentials and documentation prior to placement
