We’re looking for dedicated Pharmacy Technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting and are passionate about quality care, precision, and teamwork. Whether you're an expert in data entry, fulfillment, sterile/non-sterile compounding, inventory, or delivery—we have a place for you on our expanding team!

We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for our Fulfillment department!

Job Summary:

Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians will promptly and accurately fill prescriptions using blister packs for our patients.

What You Will Do:

  • Fill daily/monthly prescriptions
  • Stock and restock medications
  • Assist with preparing daily and monthly medication shipments
  • Ability to lift 50+ lb. totes of medications
  • Assist with maintaining inventory
  • Communicate directly with the pharmacist
  • Read and understand the Medication Administration Records
  • Comply with all Michigan State rules and regulations.

What You Will Bring:

We’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a patient-first mindset. Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred)
  • Pharmacy Technician License (Preferred)
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work with both speed and accuracy
  • Strong math and analytical skills

Shift availability: Must be available for a combination of morning (8:00am–4:30pm) and evening (2:00pm–10:30pm) shifts with rotating weekends required.

Work location: Onsite in Troy, MI
