We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Senior Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across a portfolio of Marriott and Hilton branded full-service hotels.


In this high-impact role, you will drive profitability and performance through strategic pricing, forecasting, inventory optimization, and market analysis. You'll partner closely with leadership teams to deliver measurable results across multiple properties.


A strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and hands-on experience managing multi-property hotel revenue in full-service environments.

Revenue Strategy & Pricing

  • Oversee a portfolio of 3-4 hotels (based on size/complexity)
  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing and promotional strategies
  • Optimize performance across RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profit
  • Analyze demand trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions
  • Lead strategies for transient, group, and catering segments
  • Adjust pricing and inventory based on pace, pickup, and seasonality
Forecasting & Performance Analysis
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts
  • Deliver insightful revenue critiques with actionable recommendations
  • Analyze key metrics including: 
    • STR reports
    • Pace and pickup
    • Segmentation performance
    • Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
Distribution & Inventory Management
  • Manage all channels: Brand sites, OTAs, GDS, and direct booking
  • Ensure rate parity and optimal channel mix
  • Maintain accurate system data and inventory strategies
  • Optimize group business and room block management
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Present insights and recommendations to: 
    • General Managers
    • Ownership groups
    • Regional leadership
Market Intelligence
  • Conduct ongoing competitive set analysis
  • Monitor marketplace positioning and trends
  • Perform regular property visits to stay connected and informed
  • Align revenue strategies with Marriott and Hilton brand standards
Systems & Reporting
  • Generate clear, actionable reports and presentations
