As Senior Product Manager, Walmart plus growth you will be responsible for growing membership by building a best-in-class acquisition and engagement experiences across the entire members lifecycle. How you'll make an impact: ·                 Developing and enhancing products – You will own and manage product roadmaps for a defined product area, align business and technical priorities, analyze customer and product data, translate customer insights into actionable product requirements, determine rollout plans, and proactively manage risks and dependencies. ·                 Defining product strategy – You will shape the vision and strategy for your product area by applying domain expertise, leveraging internal and external best practices, identifying customer and market opportunities, developing business cases, and defining measurable objectives and success metrics. ·                 Building collaborative relationships – You will partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities with business goals, communicate roadmap tradeoffs, drive cross-functional execution, and build support for product initiatives. ·                 Providing product direction – You will use business goals, customer needs, competitive insights, and performance data to inform product decisions, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve customer experience and business outcomes. What you'll bring: Experience in growth product management at a B2C company. Skills across:
  • Onboarding, Activation, Habit formation, Funnel and Landing Page optimization
  • Experimentation design and implementation
  • Strategies and tactics across upsell, cross-sell, conversion.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
