DESCRIPTION:
The position consist of a one to one nursing assignment for an elementary level student with multiple medical conditions which include, but are not limited to: gastric tube feedings, seizure precautions, toileting, vital sign monitoring, medication adminstation, first aid and emergency care. Trach/vent experience preferred but not required. This assignment also includes riding the bus with the student to and from school.
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed Practical/Registered Nurse, current CPR/AED,
Registered Nurse preferred
