This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

  • Detention pay per hour: $20 - $24
  • Drop and hook per stop: $35
  • Live load/unload per stop: $45
  • Driver load/unload per stop: $45
  • Hazmat per load: $25
  • Refrigerated per load: $30
  • Crosstown per load: $15
  • Empty move per load: $15
  • Empty search per hour: $20
  • Equipment cleaning per hour: $20
  • Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
