Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and State Certified Supervising Clinician to join our team in Idaho. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of dedicated support service workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals seeking mental health support. As a State Certified Supervising Clinician, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the clinical work of our team while upholding the highest professional standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to support service workers, ensuring adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.
  • Conduct individual and group supervision sessions to discuss cases, provide guidance, and offer clinical insights.
  • Review and approve individualized support plans, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices and client goals.
  • Collaborate with support service workers to assess client progress, make recommendations for interventions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of support service workers, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and training requirements.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support the growth and skill-building of the team.
  • Provide counseling/therapy to clients, applying your expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:
  • State certification as a Clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or similar) in the state of Idaho.
  • Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health concerns.
  • Familiarity with Idaho state regulations and requirements for mental health service delivery.
