You've built your skills, now step into an OB/GYN role where you can grow a steady patient panel quickly while keeping your schedule predictable. This is a full-scope Obstetrics & Gynecology position with strong hospital support and access to advanced women's services. Practice Overview


  • You'll join a well-established OB/GYN group with 7 physicians plus advanced practice support
  • Hospital-based resources include Level III NICU, on-campus MFM, and an OB Emergency Department with hospitalist support for call
  • Procedural mix includes GYN surgery with block time available and access to surgical robotics
  • Shared OB model with supportive L&D staff and a manageable call experience supported by nurse triage

Schedule


  • 4 days/week at the main clinic with 1 day/week at a nearby satellite location
  • Clinic pace averages 20-25 patients/day with a balanced OB/GYN mix (approximately 60/40)
  • Call is 1:5: typically 1 call day per week plus 1 weekend (Fri-Sun) about every 5th week (7a-7a)
  • When you cover a weekend call, you won't have a weekday call night the following week; optional extra shifts may be available

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base salary starting at 300,000 (2-year guarantee) with a 2-year partnership track and eligibility in year 3
  • 25,000 sign-on bonus plus quarterly production bonus (20% net professional collections once threshold is met)
