Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

Specialty: Urology

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: Ongoing

Shift Details: Part time – 1 day a week, 2 days twice a month, a mix

Could do half telehealth, half procesures

Schedule: 9a – 5p Weekdays

Call requirements: NA

Work Details:

•Support staff: dedicated nurse in clinic, and experienced surgical team

•Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 days per month

•Patients per day: 15-20 patients in the clinic and 5-10 surgeries a day

•Patient population/age: we serve roughly 20,000 patients in a large service area, and we have an older population

•Department description: Urology Clinic and Surgery

•EMR: Athena Practice in the clinic / Medhost in Hospital/Surgery

•Hospital bed size 18 bed critical access hospital

•Special procedures: Macroplastique injections, botox injections, stone removals, TRUP, TURB, biopsies – routine procedures, open or laparoscopic procedures

•Skills required: Standard Urology surgery procedures, good bedside manner and verbal skillset. We do not have a robot on site.

Requirements:

•Board Certification: Certified

•License required: MN or IMLC

•DEA: Requried

•Certifications preferred: ACLS, BLS

•Minimum experience required: 1 yr

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
