 As a Community Support Professional, you will provide one-on-one assistance to individuals with diverse needs. Your primary goal is to empower them to reach their personal goals, participate in community activities, and manage daily tasks. Whether it’s heading out to a local park, attending a community event, or learning a new life skill, you are there to provide the encouragement and support they need to thrive.

 
                                                                                              Key Responsibilities


 Community Integration: Accompany and support individuals during outings, social events, and recreational activities.
​Skill Building: Help individuals develop daily living skills such as budgeting, meal planning, and navigating public transportation.
​Goal Advocacy: Support the personal growth goals outlined in each individual’s care plan.
​Documentation: Maintain simple, accurate daily logs of activities and progress.
​Safety & Care: Ensure the well-being and safety of the individual while in the home or out in the community.

 Education: High School Diploma or GED.
​Experience: Previous experience as Direct Support Staff is a plus but not required.
​Willingness to Train: Must be open to completing our comprehensive training program.
​Personal Traits: A compassionate, patient, and reliable personality with a genuine desire to help others.
