Medical Technologist - Blood Bank / Cell Processing
Multiple shift available

We are seeking a motivated Medical Technologist to perform routine to advanced testing on patient and donor samples, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in blood banking and cell processing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and interpret testing on blood products and specimens
  • Process, verify, and document samples and results
  • Conduct quality control, equipment maintenance, and calibration
  • Identify and resolve transfusion-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize lab systems
  • Support and oversee lab assistants/technicians as needed
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field
  • 1+ year of Medical Technologist experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience with blood bank instrumentation (e.g., serofuges, cell washers, automated analyzers) preferred
