Reaching out for your help in sourcing a very strong and experienced Program Manager for a Service Now implementation.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex ServiceNow deployments, with a strong preference for experience in the utilities sector. This is a contract role requiring strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on program management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the full lifecycle of the ServiceNow implementation program, from planning and design through deployment and stabilization.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business units to define requirements, scope, and success criteria.
  3. Manage vendor relationships, including ServiceNow partners and system integrators.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  6. Drive change management, training, and communication strategies to support adoption.
  7. Monitor program performance, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  8. Provide regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
