What You'll Do
  • Act as a key liaison between studio teams and enterprise functions including Product, Commercial, and Marketing.
  • Foster collaboration with Program Management & Delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new studios, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage enterprise-level portfolio reviews and establish achievement check-ins.
  • Ensure project alignment with development partners using strategic goals and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • Support project recovery efforts and remove organizational impediments to team success.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems to track production health, roadmap commitments, and delivery metrics.
  • Monitor portfolio return on investment and assess the impact of strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate scalable operational processes and studio-wide guidelines.
  • Coordinate IP/trademarking and lead all aspects of onboarding studios into new platforms and ecosystems.
  • Studio intake, FY road mapping, prioritization, and operational triage.
  • Manage studio operations for Digital gaming business.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in game development or digital production, 4+ years in project/program management.
  • Proven success coordinating complex, cross-functional portfolios.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and present to senior collaborators.
  • Collaborative teammate with a low-ego, high-integrity approach and strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence).
  • Trusted with sensitive information; demonstrates discretion and integrity.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven approach and ability to lead through change.
  • Passion for games and a strong appreciation for the creative process.
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Global International Travel Required up to 25%.

Pay Range

$79,115 - $124,800 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
