Summary/Objective

We are seeking a Senior ERP & Integrations Engineer to support, maintain, and improve our ERP ecosystem, integrations, EDI processes, OnBase workflows, SQL databases, reports, and legacy business applications. This role will work closely with the current ERP Lead to learn existing systems, document institutional knowledge, support daily technical operations, and help prepare the business for a future ERP migration.

This is a senior technical role ideal for someone with strong ERP experience, SQL/database skills, integration knowledge, data architecture competency, and the ability to support both modern and legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ERP operations, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, EDI processes, OnBase workflows, and related business systems• Analyze and resolve ERP issues involving transactions, workflows, data errors, reports, integrations, and legacy application dependencies
  • Develop, modify, and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, reports, data extracts, and validation scripts
  • Support integrations between ERP, EDI platforms, OnBase, Microsoft Access, SQL databases, reporting tools, and third‑party applications
  • Troubleshoot EDI transactions, data mapping, file validation, transmission errors, and ERP import/export processes
  • Support legacy applications or utilities built with C++, Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, or related technologies
  • Assist with data architecture, including data modeling, master data, data quality, system dependencies, and integration design
  • Document ERP processes, customizations, integrations, reports, data dependencies, business rules, and recurring support procedures
  • Support ERP migration readiness through process mapping, data cleanup, integration inventory, reporting inventory, and requirements gathering
  • Work with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, test changes, validate data, and support system enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands‑on ERP experience in administration, support, development, implementation, integration, reporting, or business systems engineering
  • Strong SQL experience, including queries, joins, views, stored procedures, data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Experience supporting ERP integrations, data extracts, imports, exports, scheduled jobs, and automated workflows
  • Understanding of data architecture concepts, including data modeling, master data, source‑to‑target mapping, and data quality
  • Working knowledge of C++ in business systems, ERP, database, reporting, or legacy application support context
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, including queries, forms, reports, linked tables, macros, or Access‑based applications
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations, file transfers, EDI processes, database issues, reporting discrepancies, or automated data processes
  • Strong documentation skills, including process flows, technical procedures, data mappings, and support guides
  • Ability to support a manufacturing, distribution, or operational business environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EDI transaction support, mapping, trading partner testing, or EDI error resolution
  • Experience with OnBase or similar document management/workflow platforms
  • Experience with ERP migrations, upgrades, conversions, or system implementations
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, SFTP, ETL tools, automation platforms, or integration engines
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS, Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, VBA, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, access controls, audit requirements, and change management practices
