Job Summary

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Hire and manage Moore self-perform crews, subcontractors and construction teams.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
