Lift Off Distribution is the local Red Bull Energy Drink distributor for Maryland, Washington DC, and northern and eastern Virginia. The General Sales Manager sets the strategic direction for Lift Off Distribution's On-Premise sales channel, translating company and supplier priorities into scalable market execution plans that drive consistent growth across the operating footprint.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Leads the strategy, performance, and growth of the On-Premise sales channel across all markets.
  • Develops annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans aligned with company objectives and supplier priorities.
  • Leads, coaches, and develops On-Premise Managers; builds leadership bench strength and succession plans.
  • Serves as the primary On-Premise point of contact for RBNA leadership and programming initiatives.
  • Partners with RBNA counterparts and regional leaders to align priorities, programming, incentives, and execution expectations.
  • Owns company-wide On-Premise revenue performance, execution standards, and key business objectives.
  • Reviews market performance, key metrics, and leading indicators to guide strategic decisions and corrective action.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and Executive Leadership to align resources and remove barriers.
  • Represent Lift Off Distribution professionally in all customer interactions, upholding brand standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Position Include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong business planning, analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build business reviews, performance recaps, growth plans, supplier presentations, and KPI accountability routines.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), hospitality, or distribution industries; multi-unit or multi-market leadership experience preferred.
