Hospitalist Service
  • Daily Encounters: 5
  • 24-hour shifts (8 hours in-house/16 hours on-call)
  • Admit and round in the ICU 1-2 patients per day
  • There is no board certification requirement to be considered for this position

The mountain is the second highest volcano in the continental United States and has been a prominent landmark along the historic Siskiyou Trail - the track of an ancient trade and travel route of Native American footpaths between California's Central Valley and the Pacific Northwest.

  • W-2 and 1099 options available
Compensation
  • Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $86/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% practice-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Estimated 1099 base pay range of $104/hour to $138/hour.
USACS Benefits Financial Benefits W-2 1099 Employee Ownership:

$100,000 equity ownership for all full-time Physicians after 3 years of service

401(k):
