Infusion Pharmacist Opportunity

An independently owned, growth-oriented pharmacy organization is seeking an Infusion Pharmacist to join its team in Texarkana, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams regarding infusion therapies and medication management
  • Monitor patient therapies and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate
  • Counsel patients and caregivers on medication administration and side effects
  • Participate in quality assurance, compliance, inventory management, and operational initiatives
  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage

Ideal Background:

  • Active Texas Pharmacist license
  • Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with ability to work independently
