* Six (6) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required. Certifications Required: * Requires DoD 8570 compliance Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
* ITIL 4 platform certification is required. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
