Baker Hughes is a global energy technology leader delivering innovative solutions across the energy value chain. Our field operations teams play a critical role in executing complex applications, supporting customers, and ensuring operational excellence across well construction and production services.

Fueling Your Passion

As a Field Specialist IV - SCS, you will lead and execute field operations across medium to high-risk sand control applications. • Supporting Aftermarket (AMO) operations and other business needs as required.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.

  • Have proven experience in deepwater deployment and offshore operations.

  • Be willing and able to work on a 24-hour on-call basis and travel internationally as required.

  • Possess working knowledge of technical documentation and operational procedures.

  • Have effective computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Be able to work safely in high-risk environments while adhering to PPE and safety protocols.

Work in a Way That Works for You
