Hospice On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse

Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a compassionate and dependable On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide comfort-focused care and support to patients and families outside of regular business hours. This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident working independently and committed to delivering meaningful, patient-centered care.

This position requires travel throughout the South Hills region and Washington County.

The roots of our organization can be traced back to Rev. Dr. J. E. Victor Carlson, who helped create Hospice Care Inc. in Greene County in the late 1970s to serve families dealing with end-of-life illnesses. In 1996, the program was combined with The Washington Hospital, opening opportunities for inpatient care and other new services. On July 1, 2016, Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System (previously The Washington Hospital) partnered to form the organization we are today.
