Location: St. Louis Lambert International Airport
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule / Hours / Availability
  • Part-Time / On-Call Position
  • Immediate need for flexible candidates
  • Shifts vary based on operational demand
  • All shifts are a minimum of 4 hours

Huntleigh USA Corporation provides general and aviation security solutions and services to commercial and private companies. The company offers a wide range of services including passenger and baggage screening, aircraft security, access control, and other aviation-related support services.


Summary

We are actively hiring Charter Screeners to provide security and protection for air travelers. In this role, you will identify dangerous objects in baggage or on passengers and prevent prohibited items from being transported onto aircraft.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Screen travelers in conjunction with TSA regulations
  • Search for weapons, drugs, and other prohibited items
  • Identify and prevent security threats using screening techniques and equipment
  • Provide customer service while educating travelers on TSA policies
  • Maintain efficient passenger flow through screening checkpoints
  • Monitor and control access to checkpoints
  • Review passenger manifests against watch lists
  • Conduct aircraft, passenger, and baggage screenings
  • Communicate security concerns with supervisors
  • Maintain a professional presence in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must pass drug screening and federal fingerprinting
  • Must comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Reliable phone number and email required
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, and/or hold 50 pounds or more
  • Ability to bend, squat, stoop, push, and pull throughout shift
  • Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Must complete all required training
  • Work environment includes indoor and outdoor conditions

  • Uniform shirt will be provided
  • Employees must provide:
