This is a high-impact, client-facing opportunity for a respected design professional who enjoys building business, shaping market strategy, and helping talented teams succeed.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead the firmโ€™s interior design growth strategy across the Pacific Northwest
  • Develop relationships with owners, developers, investors, builders, and industry partners
  • Identify new opportunities and guide major pursuits from initial contact through project delivery
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on interior design, procurement, and project execution
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements
  • Mentor designers and project leaders in client engagement and business development
  • Help strengthen a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team culture

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 10+ years of leadership experience within a highly regarded design firm
  • 10+ years of successful business development experience
