Using professional knowledge and expertise in data modeling, query authoring and performance tuning with an in-depth understanding of data modeling best practices, relational and graph databases to advise on the directorate's needs to advance future capabilities. Knowledge of advanced, analytical, mathematical, or statistical theories, principles, concepts, methods, and techniques to provide expert judgments concerning the validity of assumptions made and the criteria to evaluate alternatives.
