Core Responsibilities of our Manufacturing Engineer Machining:
  • Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability of machining processes
  • CNC programming for all horizontal (HMC) and vertical (VMC) machining
  • Cutting tool specifications and continuous process improvement to reduce cycle time and increase tool life
  • CMM programming and program management
  • Gauge design and specification
  • Machining fixture design
  • Data collection and analysis

Requirements
  • Mechanical design, Electrical and Robot knowledge
  • PLC programming, Pneumatic systems, Fluid systems knowledge
  • Experience with presses and fasteners
  • Error proofing concepts and production processes
  • Project management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year college or technical school and 2 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of both education and experience
