Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:ย 

  • Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patientsย 
  • Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goalsย 
  • Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventionsย 
  • Provide pain and symptom managementย 
  • Educate and support the patient's family and caregiversย 
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary teamย 
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentationย 
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branchย 
Qualifications
  • Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is requiredย ย 
  • One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferredย 
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policyย 
  • New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availabilityย 
  • Current CPR certificationย
