Company Overview: RealClean has been a trusted leader in high-end aircraft care since 2004—known for precision, discretion, and excellence. We deliver premium detailing and protection services to private jet owners, flight departments, FBOs, and aviation partners who expect flawless results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of aircraft detailing services, including: Exterior wet/dry wash, waxing, and paint revitalization; Brightwork metal polishing and de-ice boot refurbishment; Full interior detailing, leather cleaning/conditioning; Carpet and upholstery extraction; stain removal; Lavatory and galley sanitation; wood and trim polishing
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and quality standards for every job
  • Work efficiently with your team to complete jobs on time and to standard
  • Maintain safe work practices around aircraft, ramps, hangars, and equipment (including proper PPE)
  • Represent the company with professionalism and discretion at client sites and airports
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure; properly store supplies and equipment
  • Document work as required (e.g., before/after photos, job notes, service checklists)

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while also supporting a team
  • Comfortable following SOPs, using checklists, and receiving coaching/feedback
  • Professional communication and respectful conduct around high-end clients and airport partners
  • Valid driver’s license; able to work on-site at airports/FBOs (and obtain access/badging if required)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights (ladders/platforms), kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights/overnights and weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S
  • Ability to pass FAA-mandated drug and background checks

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in detailing, aviation, automotive, hospitality, or other high-touch service environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with buffing & polishing, paint correction, or interior extraction equipment
  • Prior experience working around aircraft or in airport environments
  • Familiarity with following SOPs
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices

Training & Support: Comprehensive in-person training to ensure full mastery of operational and FAA-compliance standards.

FAA Compliance: This position is subject to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in accordance with federal regulations. All applicants must comply with the company’s Drug-Free Policy and be willing to undergo testing upon hire.

Schedule:

  • Total hours per week will vary
  • Primarily Monday through Friday, with weekend work as needed
  • Schedule will vary based on aircraft availability, flight schedules, and client needs
  • Night/overnight shifts required at times (on-call coverage)
