Job description

Haul & Muscle is seeking dependable, hardworking Movers/Drivers to join our on-call team.


As a Mover/Driver, you will safely operate company box trucks, load and unload furniture and household goods, protect customers' belongings, and provide exceptional customer service.


This is a flexible, on-call position with opportunities to grow as the company expands.

Responsibilities: -Safely drive a 16–26 ft. box truck to and from job sites.

-Load, unload, and transport furniture, appliances, and other items.

-Wrap and protect customer belongings to prevent damage.

-Lift and carry heavy items as part of a team.

-Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers.

-Complete jobs efficiently while following safety procedures.

-Inspect the truck before and after each job.

Qualifications: -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. -Experience driving box trucks preferred but not required. -Able to lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly. -Reliable transportation to job sites. -Strong work ethic and punctuality. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Ability to pass a background check is a plus.

Schedule: On-call, including weekdays and weekends. Hours vary based on customer demand.

Pay:

-$130 per move -Tips may be earned based on customer satisfaction.
