Description


If you're looking for an on-call position that is rewarding and enjoyable, then Little Creek Casino Resort is looking for you! As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests during events and banquets. Your role will include setting up banquet rooms, serving guests, and cleaning up after the event. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, experience as a server, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing a memorable experience for our guests.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
  • Relay food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
  • Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
  • Ability to work as a team player to assist employees in performing their duties whenever required.
  • Adhere to organization's policies and procedures, as well as state liquor laws.
  • Promote positive customer relations by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to patrons.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Food & Beverage rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Relay guest compliments and complaints to shift manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • One year of related experience in banquets and/or food service is required.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as needed. This is a part-time, on-call position and schedules are based around pre-scheduled banquet + pop-up events.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Have or obtain Current Washington State Food Worker Card.
  • Have or obtain Class 12 Mixologist Permit/ or Class 13 Alcohol Server Permit.
