About the Role:

The CrowdStrike Executive Support Team is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to manage the technology of our Executive Briefing Center (EBC). This pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of the EBC experience, which serves as a showcase for CrowdStrike's capabilities and solutions. Working alongside the executive support team, you'll maintain the high technical standards that our leadership and customers expect during executive briefings and demonstrations.

As the technical backbone of the EBC, you'll provide frontline support for both the facility's systems and CrowdStrike's executive leadership team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where technical excellence directly impacts business relationships and outcomes.

The ideal candidate possesses strong self-confidence, exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels, and a passion for expanding their technical knowledge. What You'll Do:

  • Support daily operations of our Executive Briefing Center, ensuring all technology systems are functioning optimally for client presentations, demonstrations, and executive meetings

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the EBC's advanced audiovisual equipment, video conferencing systems, and interactive presentation technologies to deliver flawless technical experiences

  • Collaborate with sales teams, product specialists, and executives to prepare customized technical demonstrations and environments tailored to specific client needs and interests

  • Provide white-glove technical support for visiting executives, clients, and internal leadership during briefings, resolving issues quickly and discreetly to maintain professional atmosphere

  • Document and implement standard operating procedures for the EBC's technology stack, including regular maintenance schedules, system updates, and disaster recovery protocols

What You'll Need:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, anticipate needs, and maintain composure during time-sensitive executive briefings and client demonstrations

  • Strong understanding of security best practices, worst practices, concepts and real-world application

  • On-call experience, responding within agreed time limits to incidents and service requests, working continuously on a task until completion (or escalating to another group where appropriate)

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
