Start Your Diesel Mechanic Career with a Stable Growing Company
Preventive Maintenance Mechanic
Pay Rate: $19/hr
CR&R Environmental Services is seeking motivated and mechanically inclined Preventive Maintenance Mechanics to support our fleet maintenance operations. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and assist with repairs on heavy-duty diesel trucks and refuse equipment used throughout our operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in diesel maintenance while working with an experienced fleet team in a stable and growing industry.

Our maintenance team plays a critical role in keeping CR&R's fleet operating safely, efficiently, and reliably every day. This position helps ensure our trucks remain road-ready to support essential environmental services throughout the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel-powered trucks and equipment
• Assist with repairs on brake, hydraulic, electrical, and CNG systems
• Help diagnose mechanical and operational issues
• Complete inspections and maintenance documentation
• Support shop safety and fleet reliability initiatives
